١. الاتفاق
تُعد شروط الاستخدام هذه («الشروط») اتفاقاً بينكِ وبين المطوّر الفردي لتطبيق «هالة» («نحن») بشأن التطبيق. بتنزيل التطبيق أو استخدامه، فإنكِ توافقين على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافقي عليها، فلا تستخدمي التطبيق.
٢. الأهلية
يجب ألا يقل عمركِ عن ١٨ عاماً لاستخدام «هالة».
٣. ما هو «هالة»
«هالة» تجربة لاكتشاف الشخصية والتأمل الذاتي بغرض الترفيه والفهم الشخصي. تُبنى النتائج والأنماط والدرجات ونسب التوافق والتقارير على إجاباتكِ، وهي ليست تقييماً نفسياً أو تشخيصاً أو علاجاً، ولا تُعد استشارة متخصصة (طبية أو نفسية أو أسرية أو مالية أو قانونية). لا تعتمدي على «هالة» في اتخاذ القرارات المهمة. وإذا كنتِ تمرّين بضائقة، فتواصلي مع مختص مؤهل أو مع خدمات الطوارئ في بلدكِ.
٤. المحتوى المكتوب بالذكاء الاصطناعي
بموافقتكِ، يكتب نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي (Claude من Anthropic) تقريركِ بناءً على إجاباتكِ؛ وبدونها يُنشأ التقرير على جهازكِ. قد يكون النص المكتوب بالذكاء الاصطناعي غير دقيق أو ناقصاً أو غير متوقع، فاستخدمي تقديركِ الشخصي.
٥. المشتريات
- التقرير العميق وباقة الـ VIP مشتريات داخل التطبيق تُدفع مرة واحدة، وليست اشتراكات ولا تتجدد تلقائياً.
- تتم المشتريات عبر متجر Apple App Store أو Google Play وتخضع لشروطهما. السعر الذي تدفعينه هو السعر المعروض في المتجر عند الدفع بعملتكِ المحلية. قد تتغير عروض الإطلاق والأسعار الترويجية أو تنتهي في أي وقت.
- يفتح الشراء الخصائص المشتراة في التطبيق على الأجهزة التي تستخدم حساب المتجر نفسه؛ استخدمي «استعادة المشتريات» على أي جهاز جديد.
- تتولى Apple أو Google طلبات الاسترداد وفق سياساتهما، ولا يمكننا إصدار المبالغ المستردة بأنفسنا. يمكنكِ طلب الاسترداد عبر App Store أو Google Play.
- قد نحدّث خصائص التطبيق مع مرور الوقت.
٦. محتواكِ والترخيص
- تبقى إجاباتكِ والاسم الذي تُدخلينه ملككِ، وتمنحيننا الإذن بمعالجتها كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية، وذلك فقط لتقديم التطبيق.
- نمنحكِ ترخيصاً شخصياً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام «هالة» وتقاريركِ لأغراض شخصية غير تجارية، ويمكنكِ مشاركة بطاقات الستوري والعبارات على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- اسم «هالة» وتصميمه وأسئلته وأنماطه ونصوصه ورسومه وبرمجياته مملوكة لنا أو للجهات المرخِّصة لنا.
٧. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع:
- نسخ التطبيق أو محتواه أو تعديله أو بيعه أو إعادة بيعه؛
- الهندسة العكسية للتطبيق، أو استخراج بيانات الاعتماد منه، أو التدخل في عمله أو في عمل خادمنا؛
- إرسال طلبات آلية أو جماعية إلى خادمنا، أو استخدامه لأي غرض غير التطبيق؛
- استخدام «هالة» لمضايقة الآخرين أو إيذائهم، أو إدراج معلومات شخصية عن غيركِ في المحتوى المُشارَك دون إذنهم؛
- مخالفة أي قانون أو أي من قواعد المتاجر.
٨. روابط التوافق
أرسلي روابط التوافق فقط لمن يرغب في استلامها. يرى المستلم رمز هالتكِ، واسمكِ الأول إذا كنتِ قد أدخلتِه.
٩. توفر الخدمة
نقدّم «هالة» «كما هو» و«حسب التوفر». قد لا يتوفر كاتب التقارير بالذكاء الاصطناعي أو خصائص أخرى أحياناً، وعندها يستخدم التطبيق التقرير المكتوب على الجهاز. ويحق لنا تحديث «هالة» أو تعليقه أو إيقافه.
١٠. إخلاء المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، نُخلي مسؤوليتنا عن جميع الضمانات الصريحة أو الضمنية، بما فيها ضمانات الملاءمة لغرض معين والدقة وعدم التعدي.
١١. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية، أو عن فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح. وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة تتعلق بـ«هالة» على المبلغ الذي دفعتِه مقابل مشتريات التطبيق خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة. ولا يحدّ أي بند في هذه الشروط من مسؤولية لا يجوز تحديدها قانوناً.
١٢. إنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنكِ التوقف عن استخدام «هالة» في أي وقت بحذف التطبيق. ويحق لنا إيقاف وصول أي شخص يخالف هذه الشروط إلى خادمنا.
١٣. شروط إضافية لمستخدمي iOS (Apple)
- هذه الشروط بينكِ وبيننا فقط، وليست مع Apple، ونحن — لا Apple — المسؤولون عن التطبيق ومحتواه.
- لا تلتزم Apple بتقديم أي صيانة أو دعم للتطبيق.
- إذا لم يطابق التطبيق أي ضمان معمول به، يمكنكِ إبلاغ Apple لتسترد لكِ سعر الشراء وفق سياساتها، ولا تتحمل Apple أي التزام آخر بالضمان إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون.
- لا تتحمل Apple مسؤولية أي مطالبات تتعلق بالتطبيق، بما فيها مطالبات مسؤولية المنتج، أو عدم الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية أو التنظيمية، أو حماية المستهلك أو الخصوصية.
- لا تتحمل Apple مسؤولية التحقيق في أي مطالبة من طرف ثالث بأن التطبيق ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو الدفاع فيها أو تسويتها.
- تقرّين بأنكِ لستِ في دولة خاضعة لحظر من حكومة الولايات المتحدة، ولستِ مدرجة في أي قائمة للأطراف المحظورة أو المقيّدة لدى حكومة الولايات المتحدة.
- تُعد Apple وشركاتها التابعة مستفيدين من هذه الشروط بصفتهم أطرافاً ثالثة، ويحق لـApple تطبيقها عليكِ.
١٤. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين {{GOVERNING_LAW}}، وتختص محاكم {{JURISDICTION}} بالنظر في أي نزاع، دون حرمانكِ من الحماية التي تكفلها لكِ قوانين حماية المستهلك الإلزامية في بلد إقامتكِ.
١٥. التغييرات واللغة
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويُعد استمراركِ في استخدام التطبيق بعد تاريخ السريان الجديد قبولاً لها، وسنعرض إشعاراً داخل التطبيق عند إجراء تغييرات جوهرية. وفي حال وجود اختلاف بين النسختين العربية والإنجليزية، تُعتمد النسخة العربية.
١٦. التواصل
يُنشر تطبيق «هالة» من قِبل مطوّر فردي.

1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the individual developer of Hala (“we”, “us”) for the Hala app. By downloading or using Hala, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hala.
3. What Hala is
Hala is a personality and self-reflection experience for entertainment and personal insight. Results, archetypes, scores, compatibility percentages and reports are based on your answers. They are not a psychological assessment, diagnosis or therapy, and they are not professional advice (medical, psychological, relationship, financial or legal). Do not rely on Hala for important decisions. If you are going through a difficult time, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
4. AI-written content
With your consent, an AI model (Claude by Anthropic) writes your report from your answers; without it, the report is generated on your device. AI-written text can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected, so use your own judgment.
5. Purchases
- The Deep Report and the VIP Bundle are one-time in-app purchases. They are not subscriptions and do not renew.
- Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. You pay the price shown in the store at checkout, in your local currency. Launch offers and promotional prices may change or end at any time.
- A purchase unlocks the purchased features in the app on devices that use the same store account. Use “Restore purchases” on a new device.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; we cannot issue refunds ourselves. You can request a refund through the App Store or Google Play.
- We may update the app’s features over time.
6. Your content and our license to you
- Your answers and the name you enter remain yours. You allow us to process them as described in the Privacy Policy, only to provide the app.
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hala and your reports for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share your story cards and quotes on social media.
- Hala’s name, design, questions, archetypes, text, artwork and software belong to us or our licensors.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- copy, modify, sell or resell the app or its content;
- reverse engineer the app, extract credentials from it, or interfere with it or with our server;
- send automated or bulk requests to our server, or use it for anything other than the app;
- use Hala to harass or harm others, or put other people’s personal information in shared content without their permission;
- break any law or any app store rule.
8. Compatibility links
Only send compatibility links to people who would want them. The recipient sees your aura code and, if you entered one, your first name.
9. Availability
We provide Hala “as is” and “as available”. The AI report writer or other features may sometimes be unavailable; when the AI writer is unavailable, the app uses its on-device report instead. We may update, suspend or discontinue Hala.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to Hala is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using Hala at any time by deleting the app. We may block anyone who breaks these Terms from our server.
13. Additional terms for iOS users (Apple)
- These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price under its policies; to the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
- Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling or discharging any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and Apple may enforce them against you.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of {{GOVERNING_LAW}}, and the courts of {{JURISDICTION}} have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live.
15. Changes and language
We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the app after the new effective date means you accept them, and we will show a notice in the app for significant changes. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
