توضّح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل المطوّر الفردي لتطبيق «هالة» («نحن») مع المعلومات عند استخدام التطبيق («التطبيق»). صُمِّم التطبيق ليعمل بدون حساب، ومعظم ما تُدخلينه لا يغادر هاتفكِ أبداً.
تُحفظ هذه المعلومات محلياً في مساحة التطبيق على هاتفكِ، ولا يمكننا الوصول إليها. تُحذف عند حذف التطبيق، كما يحذف خيار «إعادة الاختبار» نتيجتكِ الحالية وتقاريرها واختياركِ بشأن الكتابة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
إذا كانت الكتابة بالذكاء الاصطناعي مفعّلة في نسخة التطبيق التي تستخدمينها، تطلب شاشة التقرير إذنكِ قبل إرسال أي شيء. إذا وافقتِ، يرسل التطبيق إلى خادمنا:
لا يُرسَل أي معرّف لجهازكِ، ولا جهات اتصالكِ، ولا موقعكِ، ولا تفاصيل مشترياتكِ.
يمرّر خادمنا (المستضاف لدى Cloudflare) هذه المعلومات إلى شركة Anthropic، مزوّدة نموذج الذكاء الاصطناعي Claude، لغرض واحد هو كتابة تقريركِ، ثم يعيد التقرير إلى هاتفكِ. لا يخزّن خادمنا إجاباتكِ ولا تقريركِ، ويحتفظ فقط بسجلات تقنية (مثل حالة الاستجابة وزمنها وحجمها) لا تتضمن اسمكِ أو إجاباتكِ أو نص تقريركِ.
تعالج Anthropic هذه البيانات وفق شروطها التجارية: فهي لا تستخدمها افتراضياً لتدريب نماذجها، وتحذفها خلال ٣٠ يوماً، إلا إذا احتاجت إلى الاحتفاظ بها مدة أطول للتحقيق في إساءة استخدام خدماتها (حتى سنتين) أو للامتثال للقانون.
إذا رفضتِ، يُكتب تقريركِ بالكامل على هاتفكِ. ويمكنكِ سحب موافقتكِ في أي وقت من أسفل تقريركِ، فتسري على التقارير القادمة، وتُسألين من جديد عند إعادة الاختبار.
تُعالَج المشتريات عبر متجر Apple App Store أو Google Play وفق شروطهما وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهما، ولا نستلم أبداً بيانات بطاقة الدفع. نستخدم خدمة RevenueCat لإدارة المشتريات من أجل تأكيد مشترياتكِ واستعادتها، وتتلقى RevenueCat من المتجر معلومات الشراء (مثل المنتج ومعرّفات المعاملة وتاريخ الشراء)، ومعرّف مستخدم مجهولاً يُنشأ على جهازكِ، ومعلومات تقنية أساسية (مثل نوع الجهاز وإصدار التطبيق والدولة).
كما في أي خدمة على الإنترنت، يعالج خادمنا وCloudflare عنوان IP الخاص بكِ عندما يتصل بهما التطبيق، وذلك لإيصال الطلب وحماية الخدمة والحدّ من إساءة الاستخدام (مثل تحديد عدد الطلبات). لا نستخدمه للتعرّف على هويتكِ أو لبناء ملف عنكِ.
لا يتضمن التطبيق أي أدوات للإعلانات أو التحليلات، والخطوط مدمجة داخله، فلا يتصل بأي خدمات خطوط أو تتبّع تابعة لجهات أخرى.
لا نبيع معلوماتكِ ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
Cloudflare (استضافة خادمنا)، وAnthropic (كتابة التقارير بالذكاء الاصطناعي)، وRevenueCat (إدارة المشتريات)، وApple وGoogle (توزيع التطبيق والمدفوعات). قد يعالج هؤلاء المزوّدون البيانات في الولايات المتحدة ودول أخرى، مع الضمانات التي يتطلبها القانون المعمول به.
بحسب مكان إقامتكِ (مثل قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية في الإمارات، ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في السعودية، واللائحة الأوروبية العامة لحماية البيانات)، قد تكون لكِ حقوق في الوصول إلى بياناتكِ الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها، وفي سحب موافقتكِ. ولأن «هالة» بلا حسابات وتحفظ بيانات الاختبار على هاتفكِ، يمكنكِ ممارسة معظم هذه الحقوق بنفسكِ: إعادة الاختبار، أو سحب موافقة الذكاء الاصطناعي من التقرير، أو حذف التطبيق. وللبيانات المتعلقة بالمشتريات أو أي طلب آخر، راسلينا على contact@leafmate.app. كما يحق لكِ تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات في بلدكِ.
«هالة» مخصص للبالغين من عمر ١٨ عاماً فأكثر، ولا نجمع عن علمٍ أي معلومات من الأطفال.
نستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) بين التطبيق وخادمنا، وبين خادمنا وAnthropic. ويشترط خادمنا وجود بيانات اعتماد التطبيق ويحدّ من عدد الطلبات. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تماماً.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. سنغيّر تاريخ السريان أعلاه، ونعرض إشعاراً داخل التطبيق عند إجراء تغييرات جوهرية.
يُنشر تطبيق «هالة» من قِبل مطوّر فردي، ويسعدنا تلقّي أسئلتكِ وطلباتكِ المتعلقة بالخصوصية.

This Privacy Policy explains how the individual developer of Hala (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Hala app (“Hala”, “the app”). Hala is designed to work without an account, and most of what you enter never leaves your phone.
This information is stored locally in the app’s storage on your phone, and we cannot access it. It is deleted when you uninstall the app. “Retake the quiz” deletes your current result, its reports and your AI-writing choice.
If AI writing is turned on in the version of the app you use, the report screen asks for your permission before anything is sent. If you agree, the app sends our server:
It does not send device identifiers, contacts, location or purchase details.
Our server (hosted on Cloudflare) passes this information to Anthropic, the provider of the Claude AI model, for one purpose: writing your report. It then returns the report to your phone. Our server does not store your answers or your report. It keeps only technical logs (such as response status, timing and size) that do not contain your name, your answers or your report text.
Anthropic processes this data under its commercial terms: by default it does not use it to train its models, and it deletes it within 30 days, unless it needs to keep it longer to investigate misuse of its services (up to 2 years) or to comply with the law.
If you decline, your report is written entirely on your phone. You can withdraw your consent at any time from the bottom of your report; this applies to future reports. Retaking the quiz asks you again.
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies, and we never receive your payment card details. We use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, to confirm and restore your purchases. RevenueCat receives purchase information from the store (such as the product, transaction identifiers and purchase date), an anonymous user identifier created on your device, and basic technical information (such as device type, app version and country).
As with any internet service, our server and Cloudflare process your IP address when the app contacts them, to deliver the request, protect the service and limit abuse (for example, by limiting the number of requests). We do not use it to identify you or to build a profile.
The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs, and its fonts are built in, so it does not contact third-party font or tracking services.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Cloudflare (hosting our server), Anthropic (AI report writing), RevenueCat (purchase management), and Apple and Google (app distribution and payments). These providers may process data in the United States and other countries, with the safeguards required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law or the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent. Because Hala has no accounts and keeps your quiz data on your phone, you can exercise most of these rights yourself: retake the quiz, withdraw AI consent from your report, or uninstall the app. For purchase-related data or any other request, email us at contact@leafmate.app. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Hala is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the app and our server, and between our server and Anthropic. Our server requires an app credential and limits the number of requests. Even so, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, show a notice in the app.
